|
Role Description The P.A. - HD Claims is responsible for learning and processing of medical and dental claims for reimbursements to our members.There are clearly defined expectations with regards to service targets, productivity standards as well as set levels for related competencies such as teamwork, customer service, problem solving, decision-making and giving and receiving feedback. Responsibilities · Processes customer requests in a timely and accurate manner · Meets established quality control measures · Meets individual productivity requirements · Communicates with customers through written and oral correspondence · Provides follow up on requests that cannot be immediately resolved · Builds relationships with staff from other departments to ensure queries are responded to in a timely manner · Escalates issues to management when needed · Works with management to set daily priorities to ensure prompt and efficient service · Maintains flexibility in a high speed, demanding team environment and stretch whenever business demands. · Identifies process improvements to increase efficiencies and streamline processes · Actively participates in departmental team meetings and other open forums · Assists with department projects and initiatives as needed · Soliciting and compiling information and data related to processing activities · Using PC application and functions such as Excel and Word to update and load data sets · Working with mainframe applications and Electronic Response Messaging · Creating and monitoring the processing checklists and calendars · Meeting and exceeding client defined service level metrics on timeliness and accuracy.

Education/Experience · Minimum - Graduate. · Minimum 1 year of Health/Dental Claims processing/adjudication International BPOs (Non Voice). Max. 2 years overall experience Skills/Knowledge · Strong analytical and problem solving skills · Excellent Keyboard Skills · Strong Math Skills · Good written and verbal communication skills · Strong commitment to customer service and quality · Strong research and follow-up skills · Proven ability to successfully cope in a fast-paced, demanding environment · Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment Shift Timings Candidates should be open for any shift. Shift is generally between 5pm - 3am IST. Need to work on Indian Holidays. Important No Engineers, MCAs, MBAs and other Professionals. Candidates residing in South Delhi, West Delhi, Central Delhi, Gurgaon to be considered.
